A team was formed to organise an educational visit to Tenaga Nasional Berhad's (TNB) headquarters in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, as part of UiTM's commitment to fostering meaningful community engagement. The visit aimed to give students practical exposure to TNB's electricity energy management operations, fostering a collaborative relationship between UiTM and one of Malaysia's leading energy providers. Approval for the visit was sought through UITM's official procedures, and the necessary paperwork and applications were submitted. Initial communication with TNB was promising; however, TNB later redirected the visit to Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), entrusting them with hosting the initiative. To facilitate the visit, we took logistics, including transportation requests, and formed a WhatsApp group for coordination. However, with the semester nearing its end and UITM implementing restrictions on student activities due to the approaching examination period, the visit had to be postponed indefinitely. Ultimately, the initiative was cancelled, and apologies were extended to UNITEN's committee, who graciously acknowledged the situation.
