UiTMLaw e-NewsLetter issue 2/2021

As UiTMLaw reach the end of 2021, the faculty comes to terms with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath. Although we gradually return to our everyday affairs before the pandemic, the danger remains. To that end, UiTMLaw remaind indoors and virtual for many of our classes and activities. However, we celebrate the fact that much has been completed and achieved. Academic lecturers, tutorials and programs run anew in our adapted new normal. The teleconferencing and online meetings allowed us to be more creative in adapting to the new mode of hosting events, conferences and lectures. Throughout 2021, our students, lecturers and staff have grown accustomed to the virtual organisation and hosting programs. The advent of online conference software and technology drastically minimises the geographical gap in organising international programs and seminars. I must congratulate our staff, lecturers and students for their energetic resilience and high spirit in this regard as they cintinue to wade through open distance learning in their work and education.
