Abstract

At present, it is evident that there has been an increasing phenomenon of the interrelation of AI with cultural and creative product development in museums, and this is gradually becoming a new drive to progress in the sector. Regarding cultural and creative practice, the use of algorithms enables one to access traditional culture cues which can be used to make effective reconstruction of a creative sort. Most of the literature available about cultural and creative items linked to AI are mainly based on qualitative orientation, where quantitative information would be needed if they wanted to estimate objectively the rate of consumers acceptance of these culturally-oriented products. The study has been established using the Peircean triadic sign-object interpretant paradigm. After collecting 375 valid questionnaires, the researchers analyzed data in SPSS using frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, and cross-tabulation. Results reveal old challenges that prevent AI adoption, such as wrong perception of culture features or insufficient expressiveness emotions. To solve this, they proposed three-dimensional actions (technology incorporation), improvement of the design process and institutional control to achieve higher quality innovations with AI-driven cultural planning in the museum context.
