Abstract
The programme aimed to build students’ confidence and equip them with essential public speaking skills. Through interactive activities and practical techniques, participants were introduced to strategies on voice projection, speech structuring, and overcoming stage fright. The “hero’s journey” concept encouraged students to see themselves as capable speakers who can grow through practice and courage.
