(Unpublished)
Abstract
This research aims to identify whether food insecurity has the potential to be a critical factor in causing adverse effects on mental health and BMI status in young adults. Early adulthood is an important period for growth and development as the education and economics of an individual transition into a bigger part of their life. However, the risk of food insecurity increases with it due to some factors causing the individual to develop issues with their mental health and BMI status.
