Thus, the aim of this research is to investigate the safety management for workers during demolition operation. While the objectives are to identify the safety precaution taken before and during the demolition process for workers and to determine the accidents that can occur during the demolition process that can injury the workers. In order to achieve the objectives, the data of this research will be collected through qualitative method which is interviewing the project manager that involved in the demolition works. The safety precaution in demolition works can be divided into three stages which are pre-demolition stage, demolition stage and post demolition stage. All of these stages required a lot of safety precaution as demolition operation is one of the complex operation. If there no precaution to be taken, workers can faced accidents such as fall, slip and trap or being struck between heavy machinery or maybe hurt after get hit by falling object. The suggestion to maximize the safety precaution and minimize the accidents during demolition works are required in order to keep the workers' safety and health safe.
