Abstract
On 9 June 2026, shades of green could be seen across UiTM Cawangan Negeri Sembilan, Kampus Kuala Pilah as students, lecturers and administrative staff came together for Green It On, one of the initiatives under BIOWAVE: The Sustainability Movement. By wearing green, participants expressed their support for environmental sustainability while reinforcing the importance of shared responsibility in protecting the environment. Although simple in concept, the campaign carried a meaningful message. It encouraged the campus community to reflect on environmental issues such as biodiversity conservation, climate action and sustainable living. The strong participation from different faculties also demonstrated the willingness of the university community to support initiatives that promote environmental awareness. Throughout the program, Green It On created opportunities for conversations about sustainability among students and staff. More importantly, it showed that meaningful change often begins with small actions. By taking part in the campaign, participants contributed to the university's ongoing efforts to cultivate a greener, more environmentally conscious campus.
