Report on industrial training at Pertubuhan Peladang kawasan Nabawan

This industrial training report consists of 4 chapters and thare are introduction, industrial training activities, conclusion and appendices. Chapter 1 consists of background of organization, maps of Pensiangan area , they also have logo, objectives, mission and vision. Chapter 2 consists of training activities while chapter 3 consists of conclusion and recommendation. The last chapter is chapter 4 which has the apppendices as the references for students to complete this reports. In order to complete study, trainee needs to undergo 3 months of practical training in industry starting from 5 December 2016 until 17 March 2017. The organizations or agencies that has been selected by trainee is Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan Nabawan. There are 5 branches or units which have their own functions which are administration, agricultural input, fertigation projects and SBPKP services, farmers fund and accounting units. During 3 months of training, trainee got opportunity to learn many things especially in units of fertigation projects and SBPKP services under supervisions of En. Jupri Hj. Jubal as the managers. Besides that, students also learn to improve communication skills, learn to be more discipline and punctuals. Last but not least, knowledges, skills and experiences that students gain during the practical training are the best method in order to prepare students to expose to the real working environment and also to be a good and better worker in future.
