Abstract
This article documents and analyzes the "Young Provisionally Registered Pharmacists (PRPs) Persona: Pharmily Enrichment Programme 2026," a structured professional development initiative designed to facilitate the transition of pharmacy graduates into clinical and operational practice. The program focuses on shaping professional identity, refining core clinical competencies, and strengthening interpersonal and adaptive skills essential for contemporary healthcare environments. Through specialized training modules, mentorship sessions, and interactive workshops, the enrichment programme addresses key challenges faced by early-career pharmacists, including regulatory compliance, ethical decision-making, patient-centered care, and workplace resilience. The outcomes demonstrate that targeted professional development programs play a pivotal role in cultivating well-rounded, competent, and confident pharmacy practitioners equipped to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare sector.
