Abstract

This article documents and evaluates an educational outreach program titled "Pathways and Precision: Charting Pharmacy Careers and Unveiling LabPal," conducted at SMK Tengku Idris Shah. The initiative aimed to enhance career awareness among secondary school students regarding the pharmacy profession while introducing LabPal, an innovative educational tool designed to facilitate understanding of pharmaceutical concepts, precision laboratory techniques, and calculations. Through structured guidance sessions, interactive workshops, and practical demonstrations, the program effectively connected secondary school science education with higher education and professional healthcare pathways. The findings indicate that early exposure to specialized healthcare professions, combined with digital learning tools, significantly increases student interest in STEM fields, enhances vocational clarity, and fosters future aspirations in the pharmaceutical sciences.
