Abstract
This article documents and analyzes the strategic educational visit from the University of Santo Tomas, focusing on international mobility training and student internship programs. The initiative highlights the critical role of cross-border academic collaboration in enhancing student competency, experiential learning, and global readiness. By engaging in structured mobility training and practical internship placements, participating students acquire specialized industry skills, intercultural competencies, and direct exposure to professional practices. The findings demonstrate that international educational visits and institutional mobility partnerships serve as vital catalysts for curriculum enrichment, institutional capacity building, and the development of globally competitive graduates across higher education institutions.
