Pendidikan Seni dalam Kurikulum Bersepadu Sekolah Menengah (KBSM) bermaksud pendidikan seni tampak. Ianya bertujuan melengkapkan Perkembangan diri seseorang melalui nilai peribadi individu dan pemupukan nilai kesedaran terhadap nilai kegunaan seni didalam kehidupan seharian serta penghargaan hasilan seni sebagai satu sumbangan kepada warisan budaya dan identiti bangsa
