Abstract
Being a fresh graduate and to decide the best car among variables of cars is a complex decision since there are various things need to be considered. In addition, owning a transport without proper money planning could lead to money burden. In response to this problem, this study aims to develop a systematic approach in identifying a suitable and affordable car for fresh graduates in Malaysia. Zero-One Goal Programming formulation is developed for choosing a car with optimal features within the determined constraints.
