Abstract
In recent years, QR code-based online registration systems have gained prominence due to their efficiency and user-friendly approach. These systems leverage QR codes to streamline the registration process for events, conferences, workshops, and other gatherings. Participants can simply scan the QR code using their smartphones, which directs them to a pre-filled registration form. The benefits of this approach include privacy protection, contactless interactions, cost-effectiveness, and error reduction. Organizers can implement QR code-based registration to enhance user experiences and simplify administrative tasks. This project explores the implementation, advantages, and best practices associated with QR codebased registration systems in various contexts.
