Uncontrolled calorie intake can lead to a decreased quality of life and health issues, such as obesity and diabetes, which can result in decreased productivity. Recent changes in people's fast-paced and practical lifestyles, coupled with an increasing awareness of the importance of consuming healthy food tailored to individual calorie needs, present an opportunity for business innovation. This innovation involves the application of technology, specifically in the form of catering services providing healthy food based on smart technology. Combining a healthy catering business with technology can address societal issues related to the need for convenient and efficient access to healthy food tailored to individual calorie needs. Smart technology is utilized to assess individual calorie needs based on personal preferences, enabling the provision of menu recommendations tailored to each individual's requirements.
