Abstract

Increasing prosperity, technological advances, and westernization have led to changes in people's lifestyles and eating habits. These changes have caused people to pay less attention to their personal health, especially regarding the calories consumed daily. Uncontrolled calorie intake can lead to a decreased quality of life and health issues, such as obesity and diabetes, which can result in decreased productivity. Recent changes in people's fast-paced and practical lifestyles, coupled with an increasing awareness of the importance of consuming healthy food tailored to individual calorie needs, present an opportunity for business innovation. This innovation involves the application of technology, specifically in the form of catering services providing healthy food based on smart technology. Combining a healthy catering business with technology can address societal issues related to the need for convenient and efficient access to healthy food tailored to individual calorie needs. Smart technology is utilized to assess individual calorie needs based on personal preferences, enabling the provision of menu recommendations tailored to each individual's requirements. Personal preferences are determined by factors such as height, weight, congenital diseases (such as diabetes and hypertension), and allergies to specific food ingredients. This information is inputted into the system, which processes it using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm to generate menu recommendations for individuals to make informed decisions. The outcome of this study is an innovative healthy food catering service that utilizes an intelligent system to provide personalized menu recommendations. This not only simplifies the decision-making process for individuals but also enhances consumer satisfaction and experience with healthy food catering services.
