By utilizing a dataset from mudah.my featuring 13 essential features encompasses unique identifiers (ads_id) and the target feature (monthly_rent), providing a comprehensive perspective on property details, including names, completion years, monthly rent, locations, types, room and parking counts, bathroom numbers, unit size, furnishing status, and facilities this tool empowered stakeholders with a deep understanding of rental market trends, enabling them to navigate the real estate landscape in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor with confidence and precision. Various charts, graphs, and interactive visualizations have effectively communicated complex data in an accessible manner, making it easier for stakeholders to grasp and interpret the findings.
