Abstract
Accessing healthcare services efficiently is a must for students in a university setting. However, the current process of scheduling appointments and managing medication can be inconvenient and prone to oversight. This project introduces a mobile application to fulfil healthcare interactions for students within the university clinic. The app aims to empower students to easily schedule appointments, receive reminders for medication intake, and access essential health resources, ultimately enhancing their well-being and academic success. Navigating the healthcare system within the university clinic poses challenges for students, including long wait times for appointments, difficulty in scheduling, and the potential for missed medication doses. The project will commence with a comprehensive analysis of student healthcare needs and existing clinic workflows. Prototyping and user testing will inform the iterative development of the app, ensuring usability and functionality align with student preferences. By providing a user-friendly platform for appointment scheduling and medication management, the app aims to reduce barriers to healthcare access and empower students to take proactive steps towards their health goals. Furthermore, by promoting timely healthcare interactions and medication adherence, the app contributes to a healthier campus environment and supports students in achieving their academic potential.
