This project addresses this issue by developing a mobile application tailored to streamline the parcel pickup process within the university campus. The app aims to provide a convenient and organized system for users to receive their parcels promptly, reducing the time and effort required for manual coordination. The current parcel pickup process in our campus is cumbersome and inefficient. Students and staff often face delays and confusion in retrieving their parcels due to manual handling and communication errors. The project also has potentials to be integrated with existing university systems for seamless coordination thus will improve overall efficiency and user satisfaction with the parcel pickup process. The project will follow a phased approach, starting with requirements gathering and analysis to understand user needs and existing processes. Prototyping and iterative development will allow for user feedback and refinement of features. The mobile app will not only streamline the parcel pickup process but also improve overall efficiency and user experience. By leveraging technology to automate and optimize parcel handling, the university can enhance its reputation for providing modern, user-centric services while reducing administrative overhead.
