Abstract
The “Advancement of Smart Materials & Sensors 2020” e-colloquium was held on 18 November 2020 via Cisco Webex. The programme provided a platform for academics, researchers, industry experts and students to share knowledge and recent research developments in advanced materials and sensor technologies. Invited speakers from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and the United Kingdom presented topics related to health screening, biosensors, diagnostic sensors and smart hydrogel materials.
