ERC visit at the Faculty of Dentistry, UiTM Sungai Buloh

On 21-22 May 2026, the Ethics Committee Evaluation (JPE) Audit Visit was successfully conducted at the Faculty of Dentistry, UiTM Sungai Buloh. The two-day audit proceeded smoothly and effectively. The audit was led by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Izuanuddin Ismail (JEP Standing Member, Faculty of Medicine), supported by JEP panel members and the secretariat, including Prof. Madya Dr. Amirah Abdul Rahman (Secretary), Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Shafiq Aazmi, Prof. Madya Dr. Syarul Azlina Sikandar, Dr. Siti Normala Hamzah, Prof. Madya Dr. Julitta Yunus, and Sr Dr. Nur Medeena Mahamood. The visiting secretariat team included Prof. Madya Dr. Khasnur Abd Malek, ChM. Muhammad Hisyam Jamari, and Puan Nurul Athirah Johar. The session began with a welcome address by Prof. Madya Dr. Siti Mariam Ab Ghani, followed by a briefing from the Audit Chair. The audit team was warmly received by 13 representatives from the Faculty of Dentistry, including key academic and administrative leaders. The audit process was completed successfully and officially concluded on the second day. Sincere appreciation is extended to the Faculty of Dentistry for their excellent cooperation, hospitality, and support throughout the two-day visit. This effort reflects UiTM's continuous commitment to strengthening research ethics governance and excellence.
