The pet industry has experienced significant growth over the past few years, with more people adopting pets and treating them as family members. Besides veterinary service, there has been an increased demand for pet care services such as pet hotels, grooming centers, and shops. However, managing pets' care needs can be a daunting task for pet owners, particularly those with busy schedules. Pet Care Service Application is a mobile application that provides a digital platform for pet owners to manage their pets' care needs. This project application aims to address this challenge by providing a one-stop-center for pet care services. The application offers a range of features that allow pet owners to book appointments and make payments. It also includes a pet profile and health record that would help to ease the pet owners in managing their pets. This project managed to overcome the problem in handling booking for services in pet service providers, specifically in veterinary clinics. Besides making bookings through call or WhatsApp messages, pet owners can book the appointment through Pet Care Service Application. They also could manage their pet profile through this application.
