Benchmarking Visit to the Centre for Research and Field Services (CRAFS), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT)

The Staff Career Empowerment Program Series 1/2026, organized by the Research and Innovation Department, was held on 27 April 2026 at the los Seminar Room, Kompleks Inspirasi, UiTM Shah Alam, with the participation of 25 administrative staff members. The sharing session by Ts. ChM Dr. Irmaizatussye hdany Buniyamin, Deputy Research Officer at loS, entitled "Nurturing a Research Career: From Foundation to Recognition," provided participants with exposure to enhancing communication skills, professionalism, and role alignment in line with organizational goals, particularly UiTM's Research DNA. Overall, the program inspired participants to continue se lf-empowerment, improve efficiency in task execution, and plan their career development in a more focused and structured manner.
