Abstract
This article documents and analyzes the execution of an international knowledge-sharing initiative titled "TechnoBridge Arduino 2025," a full-day Knowledge Transfer Programme (KTP) hosted at SMK Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin (SMK SAT), Kedah. This collaborative outreach project brings together Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Pulau Pinang (UiTMCPP) and Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Indonesia, to advance cross-border academic partnerships and foster science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) literacy among secondary school students. Supported by ten student facilitators from the UiTMCPP Robotics Club, the initiative delivered structured mentoring in basic Arduino programming, circuit construction, and problem-solving. To promote educational equity and sustainable technical skills acquisition, UNY donated ten Arduino starter kits to enrich the school's capacity for hands-on, micro-controller based experimental learning. The success of this programme demonstrates a scalable framework for cross-regional technical upskilling, emphasizing the role of international institutional networks in empowering the next generation of digital innovators.
