Abstract
Insight@ RMC Programme No. 2/2026: Mail Merge Workshop was successfully conducted on 24 April 2026 (Friday) at the ICT Laboratory, Wawasan Building, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM) Shah Alam. The workshop was a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the operational efficiency of Research Management Centre (RMC) staff through enhancing skills in the use of mail merge functions. This initiative helps to accelerate and streamline the preparation of official documents in a more systematic, accurate, and efficient manner. A total of 26 RMC staff members participated in the programme, which served as a continuous learning platform focused on practical application and the sharing of best practices. The programme also supports digitalisation efforts and work process optimisation, ultimately improving productivity and the overall quality of RMC service delivery.
