Meet and Greet between the Research Management Centre (RMC) and the Faculty of Dentistry

On 20 April 2026, a Meet and Greet session between the Research Management Centre (RMC) and the Faculty of Dentistry was successfully held in a warm and constructive atmosphere. The programme aimed to align perspectives on UiTM's research ecosystem while creating an open platform for dialogue between RMC management and the research community. It also provided an opportunity to identify current challenges and explore areas for improvement in a more focused and strategic manner. The session began with a welcoming speech by Associate Professor Dr. Mas Suryalis Ahmad, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, who emphasised the importance of continuous collaboration in strengthening the university's research agenda. Key highlights of the programme included sharing sessions on research grants, collaboration opportunities, research fund management, and the support services provided by RMC to researchers. An open dialogue session was also conducted, allowing faculty members to share their views, suggestions, and research-related concerns. Overall, the programme served as a significant platform to strengthen communication networks, enhance understanding of RMC's role, and support efforts to improve the quality and impact of research at faculty level. It is hoped that this engagement will further catalyse stronger and more sustained collaboration between RMC and the Faculty of Dentistry in the future.
