Abstract
The JPI Training Programme Series 2/2026 was held on 14 April 2026 at Bilik Seminar, Bahagian Arkib Universiti, Kompleks Kenanga, UiTM Shah Alam. The session, conducted by JPI Fellow, Associate Professor Dr. Ahmad Ihsan Mohd Yassin, provided participants with insights into the benefits of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (Al) technologies to enhance work efficiency and support organisational transformation. A total of 40 JPI administrative staff participated in the programme. They were introduced to effective prompt-writing techniques and the use of various Al applications, including ChatGPT, Claude Al, NotebookLM, and Google Gemini, to assist with daily tasks. These applications can support the preparation of reports, speeches, working papers, correspondence content, as well as the production of video and audio materials. The programme received highly positive feedback, with participants recommending that more Alrelated training sessions be organised in the future to further strengthen the digital competencies of the JPI community.
