Abstract
The standard grease trap, widely used in commercial kitchens, presents numerous environmental challenges due to its inefficiencies and outdated design. This paper proposes an eco-friendly and efficient alternative equipped with IoT implementation to tackle the global issue of pollution caused by grease discharge. By integrating IoT technology, this innovative solution enhances work quality while significantly reducing environmental impact. Through real- time monitoring and automated maintenance, the proposed system ensures optimal grease management, preventing harmful substances from entering wastewater systems and ultimately safeguarding water resources. This research contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable practices by offering a practical solution to a pressing global issue.
