Abstract
Congratulations to Mr. Muhammad Adib Ibrahim, Assistant Registrar of the Strategic Administration & Human Resource Division (BPSSM), Research & Innovation Department, UiTM, on receiving the National Outstanding Worker Award (Employee with Disabilities Category) in conjunction with Labour Day 2026, themed "Pekerja MADANI, KESUMA Bangsa". A hearing-impaired employee, Mr. Adib has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment in carrying out his responsibilities. Prior to this achievement, he was also recognized with several awards and accolades from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) in 2025.
