Abstract
The Online Food Security and Safety Seminar (OnFoSS), themed “Food Security in the Era of COVID-19,” was organised by the Plantation and Agrotechnology Postgraduate Society (PAPS), Faculty of Plantation and Agrotechnology, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Jasin Campus, Melaka. Held online on 15 July 2020, the seminar featured presentations by local and international experts on food security and safety issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics included the impacts of the pandemic on food supply and availability, local food security, sustainable food production, and related global challenges.
