Abstract

This webinar explored the use of mobile technologies as cognitive-behavioural aids to support individuals with autism. It featured Tony Gentry, an expert in occupational therapy and assistive technology from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. The session highlighted the development and application of smartphones, electronic cognitive aids, computer games and related technologies to enhance cognition, independence and daily functioning among individuals with autism and other neurological conditions. The webinar was held on 25 July 2020 and organised by the National Autism Resource Centre, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
