Abstract
In an era increasingly shaped by algorithms and automation, the very foundation of leadership is undergoing a profound transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer an emerging curiosity it is embedded in the core of strategic decision-making across the public and private sectors. The critical question today is not whether leaders will adopt AI, but how they will adapt and lead alongside it. At the nexus of human judgment and machine intelligence, leadership is being redefined to meet the complexities of a data-driven world (Yap et al., 2024).
