Camp of administering committee and programme handling (COACH) X RxProtokol

This article examines the structure, execution, and outcomes of the Camp of Administering Committee and Programme Handling (COACH) X RxProtokol, an intensive leadership and technical training program designed for pharmacy student committees. The study evaluates how the program enhances organizational capacity and event management competencies through two main strategic dimensions: (1) Administrative and Operational Mastery, which equips committee members with standardized protocols (RxProtokol) for systematic project execution, risk management, and financial governance; and (2) Strategic Leadership Development, focusing on critical soft skills such as high-stakes decision-making, crisis communication, and cross-functional team dynamics. The analysis demonstrates that COACH X functions as a crucial framework for student empowerment, effectively shifting academic knowledge into professional project management capabilities. The findings suggest that integrating standardized operational protocols into student leadership retreats significantly minimizes administrative gaps and elevates the execution standard of future national pharmaceutical programs.
