Abstract
This article documents and evaluates the impact of the Komuniti Sihat Berilmu (Healthy and Knowledgeable Community) outreach program conducted in the Orang Asli village of Kampung Lubuk Legong. Designed as a holistic community engagement initiative, the program integrated public health screenings, educational literacy workshops, and hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) activities tailored for rural and indigenous communities. By bridging the gap in healthcare access and informal scientific education, the intervention aimed to foster health awareness and cultivate an early interest in STEM fields among the village's youth. The findings demonstrate that structured, culturally sensitive university-community partnerships significantly enhance health literacy, bridge educational disparities, and empower marginalized rural populations toward sustainable socioeconomic development.
