Abstract
The program Courtesy visit to the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM) serves as a vital institutional bridging initiative designed to foster strategic collaboration in geospatial data management and land surveying methodologies. This session focuses on exploring mutual academic-industry alignments, discussing advancements in national mapping technologies, and identifying potential avenues for joint research and professional student attachments. By establishing a direct dialogue with national mapping authorities, the initiative enhances knowledge transfer regarding contemporary surveying standards and digital land governance: and it successfully strengthens strategic partnerships to elevate future professional readiness and technological innovation within the built environment sector.
