Visit and collaboration discussion with the delegation from Universitas Bung Hatta (UBH), Indonesia

The College of Built Environment (Kolej Pengajian Alam Bina, KAB) received an official visit from a delegation of Universitas Bung Hatta (UBH), Indonesia, led by the Rector of UBH, Professor Dr. Diana Kartika, accompanied by Dr. Zulherman (Vice Rector III), Yusrizal Bakar (Head of Planning and Development Agency), Dr. Henry Nasution (Chairman of Programme Establishment Team), and Bayu Haryanto (Head of Rector’s Secretariat). Representing UiTM, Associate Professor Ts Dr. Emma Marinie Ahmad Zawawi, Assistant Vice Chancellor (PNC) of KAB, attended the session along with deans and lecturers from the Quantity Surveying discipline, as well as a representative from UiTM Global to welcome the delegation.The primary focus of this visit was to discuss potential collaboration between UBH and KAB in various areas, including student mobility and exchange, research and publication, teaching collaboration, and more. The main agenda was to deliberate and reach mutual agreement on several proposals related to the placement of students from the Construction Economics Engineering programme, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, UBH, to undergo industrial training in the field of Quantity Surveying in Malaysia.
