Abstract
The program Jiwa project, organised by students from the Construction Discipline, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying (FAB), serves as a dedicated corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community engagement initiative aimed at fostering empathy and character development. Participated by 26 students alongside an accompanying lecturer, Dr. Khalid Yusof, at Rumah Penyayang Ulin Nuha, this session focuses on executing targeted knowledge-sharing activities, cultivating spiritual values, and building meaningful social connections with the residents. By immersing students in firsthand grassroots volunteerism, the initiative translates academic social responsibility into impactful civic action: and it successfully strengthens the students' emotional intelligence and leadership skills while contributing to the well-being and social support of the community home.
