Abstract
This paper examines and highlights the institutional and scholarly significance of the official newsletter published by the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), specifically focusing on Issue 54, April 2025. As an established vehicle for science communication, this periodic publication systematically curates the institute’s research outcomes, academic milestones, and collaborative laboratory endeavors. By disseminating updates on molecular medicine advancements, technical workshops, and postgraduate research activities, the newsletter serves a dual purpose as an administrative archive and a platform for knowledge transfer. The analysis of this issue underscores how university-backed newsletters effectively cultivate institutional memory, enhance research visibility, and fortify the wider biomedical and molecular biotechnology scientific network within Malaysia.
