Abstract
The program Letter of intent (LoI) signing ceremony between Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and the Village Development and Security Committee (JPKK) of Kampung Tanjung Lipis serves as a significant community engagement milestone aimed at bridging academic expertise with rural development needs. This session focuses on establishing a strategic framework for knowledge transfer, grassroots socio-economic initiatives, and sustainable infrastructure planning within the village. By formalizing this grassroots partnership, the event empowers the local community through specialized university-led programs and capacity-building workshops: and it successfully strengthens a collaborative network that drives rural community well-being and impactful social responsibility.
