Abstract
This paper reviews and evaluates the institutional and scholarly value of the official newsletter published by the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), focusing specifically on Issue 26, December 2022. Operating as a strategic platform for science communication, this year-end periodic publication chronicles the institute's research milestones, molecular medicine advancements, and collaborative academic ventures. By detailing laboratory breakthroughs, technical workshops, and postgraduate research activities, the newsletter plays a vital role in knowledge management and institutional archiving. This analysis emphasizes the utility of university-backed serials in expanding research visibility, bridging the gap between complex molecular sciences and public comprehension, and documenting the continuous growth of the medical biotechnology ecosystem in Malaysia.
