Throughout this business plan we have tried to propose every detail that we could in order of starting of a business. As entrepreneurship is one alternative ways in being successful in today's world, we have come to the idea of starting a business. We are planning on starting Lab & Chem Supply as our business in partnership type of business. This business is mainly about supplying the need to fully equipped laboratories in Sabah especially for educational purpose. This kind of venture is seldom talked by people because of the highly expensive price of the apparatus of the laboratory. This business is actually a stepping stone in fulfilling the need of science and technology of the modern world today. From our experience and the survey that we have made, most of the school laboratory are not fully equipped with the proper equipment, this is caused by the product is not sold here in Malaysia and it can only be found from other developing countries such as, the United States of America. Therefore, we take this risk, so that our next generation in educational field will experienced more advance science technology rather than what we have experienced. We have chosen Kota Kinabalu, Sabah as the location of our business. Figure I below shows the location plan of our proposed business. After measure of consideration is taken, the date of commencement of our business is in the year 2008. We have faith in this business that it will be one of the developing businesses in Malaysia as the awareness in the importance of science and technology is getting into a crucial point recently. Major out blast of science may be the optimum point of the success of this business in the future to come.
