This business plan proposal consists of many different contents which are introduction, purposes, business background, background of partners, business logo, and administration plan, marketing plan, operation plan, financial plan, conclusion and appendices. The date commencement of this business is on the month of January 2010. We named this business as Banana Palace Private Limited. Our location located at at Kota Kinabalu Sabah. There are five of us involves as shareholders and each of us contribute RM 60,000.00 except for the General Manager as he contribute RM 70,000.00. A good planning is important as to achieve the purpose of the business. The executives who involves in this business manage efficiently on their budget part as to make sure the business plan will run smooth and strong. In the end, we are hoping that our business plan proposal may satisfy and fulfill the need and requirement of ETR 300 course.
