Abstract
This publication constitutes the 17th issue (March 2022) of the official newsletter published by the Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Sungai Buloh Campus. Functioning as an institutional record and a medium for research dissemination, this issue chronicles the monthly progression of advanced laboratory methodologies, scientific discoveries, and collaborative research initiatives undertaken by the institute. It highlights the research achievements of faculty members, breakthroughs in molecular medicine, and academic workshops designed to enhance the laboratory skills of postgraduate students and researchers. Ultimately, this institutional report serves to document IMMB’s ongoing strategic efforts to contribute to the global healthcare ecosystem by reinforcing medical biotechnology education, training, and innovation within Malaysia.
