Agora Technology

This report highlights the experience gained from the industrial training at Agora Technology, a company that offers technology solutions, system installations, and support services to the governmental and institutional sectors. The duration of the internship allowed the trainee to gain appropriate knowledge about the working environment of the company, thereby creating an awareness about the technical and administrative aspects of the working activities. During the training, the trainee was engaged in various routine activities, such as helping with technical work on site, handling equipment and materials, and helping with logistics and communication with the concerned offices to complete the documentation and formalities. The training experience was also very important for the development of required skills in the areas of teamwork, time management, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Familiarization with the actual working conditions was also important for the improvement of knowledge and preparedness to face industry standards. In conclusion, the industrial training experience was very effective in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience and provided relevant knowledge about professional practices in the technology services field.
