K-Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd

This report on industrial training was written for the MGT666 Industrial Training course at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). The goal of this report is to reflect on my internship at K-Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, from 22nd September 2025 to 6 March 2026. This internship was meant to give me a taste of what it's like to work in a real office and help me improve my technical, practical, and professional abilities so that I can get a job in the future. (Armstrong, 2020). As an Intern Maintenance Administrative Assistant, I worked in the Maintenance Department during my internship. I was in charge of making and managing purchase requests, putting together weekly summaries of maintenance costs, helping with audits, organizing paperwork, and doing other administrative jobs. I also learned about the SAP system, which many big companies use for enterprise resource planning. This position taught me a lot about how to manage maintenance, keep costs down, and organize workflows in a manufacturing company. The study also gives an overview of K-Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd, including its company biography, vision, mission, history, organizational structure, and the products and services it offers. The company is a big player in the plastic packaging sector and is very dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainability. It is part of the Dynapack Asia Group. I also did a SWOT analysis to look at the company's strengths, weaknesses, chances, and risks. The research shows that the company has a strong presence in the region, is dedicated to innovation, and has room to grow in the field of sustainable packaging. It also talks about problems including environmental rules and rivalry in the market. I gave talks and suggestions based on this study to help with ongoing improvement and long-term sustainability. In general, this industrial training has been very helpful in improving my technical skills, soft skills, and awareness of how businesses work in the real world. The internship has helped me grow as a person and as a professional in a big way, and it has made me more confident and ready to face future career obstacles.
