Abstract
Fostering responsible consumption and production patterns is critical for decoupling economic growth from environmental degradation and resource depletion. This paper examines the urgent need to transition from traditional linear economic models toward sustainable circular practices that minimize waste and optimize resource efficiency. It highlights how unsustainable consumer behavior and industrial output accelerate pollution, habitat destruction, and climate change. By analyzing the integration of eco-friendly technologies, sustainable supply chains, and consumer awareness initiatives, the study underscores that efficient resource management is essential for long-term ecological balance and social prosperity.
