Abstract
The structural frameworks, competitive dynamics, and intercultural communication outcomes of the 7th International University Debate Championship held in Qatar. Grounded in the frameworks of global civic discourse, rhetorical pedagogy, and international academic networking, this study evaluates how high-level competitive debate platforms foster critical thinking and cross-border intellectual collaboration among university students.
