Abstract
The pedagogical framework, community development outcomes, and structural impacts of the Two-Nation SULAM (Service-Learning Malaysia - University for Society) program initiated to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Grounded in the concepts of experiential learning, transnational student mobility, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), this study evaluates how international academic alliances foster knowledge transfer and cross-border entrepreneurial resilience.
