Abstract
This article documents and analyzes the implementation of the international cultural exchange program "Sarawak Unites Cultures: Youth-Led Cultural Exchange (SUCCESS25)," which took place from October 20 to 24, 2025, at Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University (QVTU), Fujian Province, China. Organized by UiTM Global Sarawak with the support of the UiTM Global Ambassadors (UGLAM), this week-long program aimed to strengthen global ties, enhance cross-cultural learning, and foster creative collaboration between Malaysia and China. The highlight of the program was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between UiTM Sarawak and QVTU to drive future academic cooperation, student mobility, and joint research. Throughout the program, delegates engaged in various interactive activities, including traditional Sarawakian cultural performances, an international food festival, fusion art workshops, and green technology industrial visits. The documented outcomes demonstrate that this initiative successfully showcased Malaysia's rich cultural heritage on the global stage, while reinforcing the role of higher education institutions as leaders in cultural diplomacy to produce competent, global-minded graduates.
