Abstract
The academic milestones, geopolitical significance, and institutional implications of Professor Nofri's appointment as a Nonresident Fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR), United States. Grounded in the frameworks of international relations, Indo-Pacific strategic policy analysis, and transnational intellectual diplomacy, this study evaluates how high-level academic fellowships facilitate knowledge co-creation and strategic policy formulation.
