Abstract
The strategic pedagogical insights, industry alignments, and collaborative paradigms emerged from the Talentbank Academia-Industry Graduate Recruitment Dialogue. Grounded in the frameworks of global graduate employability, 21st-century skill acquisition, and structural academic-corporate integration, this study evaluates how collaborative dialogues bridge the systemic gap between tertiary educational outcomes and contemporary workforce expectations.
